Privacy

PDFtoMIDI.online stores your account email, conversion page balance, and payment identifiers to provide the service. Card payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers are not stored by this application.

Your music files

PDF uploads, conversion logs, MIDI files, and MusicXML files are stored privately. Only your signed-in account can download your results. Files expire 24 hours after upload and are removed by the conversion worker.

Selected PDF on your device

Your browser temporarily saves your selected PDF and playback tempo on this device so you can return after signing in or checking out. Choosing another PDF removes the old draft. When you reopen the converter, drafts older than 24 hours are discarded. Browser drafts are not uploaded until you start a conversion.

Account data

Your account and page balance stay available for future purchases and conversions. You can delete your account from the security settings. Payment records may need to be retained separately by the payment provider.
